Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project documentation and delivery across new initiatives, enhancements, and change requests
- Apply Agile Scrum methodology and ensure project environment readiness
- Coordinate with vendors, third parties, and internal units for project execution and cost control
- Manage IT-related contracts, SLAs, and legal documentation
- Oversee quality assurance and testing standards for new and enhanced applications
- Create and execute test plans to ensure optimal performance and business alignment
- Provide regular status reports and bug resolution updates to stakeholders
- Support audit-related improvements and strategic planning (ISSP and tactical plans)
- Serve as alternate resource for application support and UAT coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management
Skills
- Strong background in software development, web technologies, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing and internal)
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience in business analysis, bug ticketing, infrastructure development, disaster recovery, and business continuity
