It Project Manager

Non-Negotiable Skills:

- Strong experience in end-to-end project management

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, MS Excel)

- Hands-on experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies

- Advanced scheduling and resource planning capabilities

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficient in Jira dashboards and sprint planning

- Ability to create clear, concise reporting and presentations for project progress

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus

- Power BI proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines

- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues and risks

- Utilize Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and team performance

-Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholders

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals

- Continuously improve project delivery processes and team collaboration
