Mission:
To ensure smooth execution of critical IT initiatives in the Entity. This involves coordinating application remediation objectives, supporting data migration and technical cutovers, and leading defect management.
Main Tasks:
- Coordinate and Facilitate local application remediation objectives with the local IT Director and Vendors.
- Provide dedicated local engagement support to the Regional Data Migration and Technical Cutover teams.
- Monitor and Track KPIs. ensuring reporting on progress, and communicate issues promptly.
- Lead the entire Defect Management lifecycle, providing clear status across all testing phases.
- Facilitate defect review meetings with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Project Management and IT Project lifecycles
- Ability to Analyze data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports.
- Experience with defect tracking system is highly desirable
