THE OPPORTUNITY
The IT PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for providing direction to the team including planning, overseeing and documentation of all aspects of the project and workloads being worked on.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects
- Directly people management of all IT teams/staff
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project with the Development Team
- Manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance prior project deployment
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires

- At least 6 years Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspect of project management.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity.
- Proven experience in People Management, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Change Management and Management Software.
- Experience in gaming industry and sound knowledge of various on-line gaming applications is an advantage.
