Job Description

Project Management - manage the overall implementation of projects endorsed to Services and Delivery Group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all deliverables of the project according to the terms of the contract.
  • Serve as the SPOC between customer, partner/s, and FPI.
  • Coordinate with all involved parties whether internal or external according to the needs of the projects.
  • Follow the PM Process of FPI as well as the agreed processes with the customer.
  • Manage FPI and customer's expectation in terms of project deliverables and reporting.
  • Define a realistic and achievable plan to lead and support the project team.
  • Handle project documentation, reporting, escalation, etc.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the job and the projects.

Qualifications

  • With at least 5 years PM experience in IT; Infrastructure and Telco projects preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • With management skills (leadership, decision-making, planning, administration).
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
