Project Management - manage the overall implementation of projects endorsed to Services and Delivery Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage all deliverables of the project according to the terms of the contract.
- Serve as the SPOC between customer, partner/s, and FPI.
- Coordinate with all involved parties whether internal or external according to the needs of the projects.
- Follow the PM Process of FPI as well as the agreed processes with the customer.
- Manage FPI and customer's expectation in terms of project deliverables and reporting.
- Define a realistic and achievable plan to lead and support the project team.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, escalation, etc.
- Perform other tasks as required by the job and the projects.
Qualifications
- With at least 5 years PM experience in IT; Infrastructure and Telco projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- With management skills (leadership, decision-making, planning, administration).
- PMP certification is an advantage.
