Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Project Manager within the Enterprise PMO team at Lexmark. Based in Cebu, this position allows a combination of on-site and remote work. The IT Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of enterprise IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery assurance within the specified scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Planning skills, with the ability to drive project goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Proven expertise in Information Technology and related systems, ensuring seamless integration and execution of IT projects.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver project updates.
• Experience in enterprise project management and familiarity with PMO standards and best practices is highly desirable.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
