Position: IT Project and Compliance Manager
JOB Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing technical projects for the organisation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
In charge of client's compliance, in coordination with the group CISO.
In coordination with the IT manager, coordinates teams, manages resources, helps maintain IT infrastructure.
Project Management
- Ensuring the alignment with the organisation's goals and available resources.
- Managing the full project lifecycle
oDefining scopes
oCreating project plans
oAllocating resources
oMonitoring of progress
oCommunication with stakeholders
- Validates plans and budgets with the IT Manager and the CIO.
- Report to the IT manager and the CIO on the project progress and the problems encountered.
Client's compliance (with the group CISO)
- Help maintaining the IT US/Asia compliance database.
oReceive and file the client's IT / compliance questionnaires.
oAdd / update / remove any useful entry in the compliance database to help to fill the client's questionnaire.
oWith the group CISO, create / update the group policies.
- Help enforcing the compliance policies within the group.
- Fill questionnaires and coordinate with the client's IT and the customer relationship.
Team Coordination (with the IT manager)
- Assigning tasks, setting priorities and overseeing daily operations.
- Encouraging team members to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Report any issues encountered by team members to the IT manager.
Help maintaining the IT infrastructure (with the IT manager)
- Identify improvements in system and network operation and administration procedures
- Work closely with local and global support team and users to ensure the stability and availability of the network system infrastructure.
- Execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Group CIO or the IT Manager
