Overall Role Purpose:
Collaborate with Regional team (a consolidated regional approach team) to implement Country digital customer interactions through integration platforms and customer-facing applications, Support Country iCAP setups, Support customer IT solutions, and specific customer solutions (e.g., FCM, eWMS, CXD, eCommerce, OMS).
Key Activities:
- Support Customer IT Solution Implementation, Maintenance, & Set-up Support (e.g., customer eBooking, Status and Invoicing).
- Large to Extra-Large Country; The Country team will interact with customers; act as the Project Implementation specialist both internally and externally.
- Support Customer Integration Implementations (included improvement projects) against pre-agreed service standards and budgets.
- Support the execution of tasks corresponding to Complex Customer Implementations e.g., local language requirements led by the Regional / Global Implementation Manager.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable ROI.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science)
- Industry experience with proven track record in handling/ leading IT Projects
- Previous exposure to the development of business policies and process governance within an international business
- Proficient decision-making skills
- High degree of written, verbal and organizational skills
- Diligent attention to details and ability to work under pressure
