Education And Work Experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, business administration, Law or related fields;
- 5+ years of IT procurement experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in multiple IT procurement projects (preferably related experience in software solution delivery and/or IT managed services/infrastructure/network projects
Technical Knowledge
- Experience in and knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of end to end IT procurement management;
- Experienced in establishing, planning, executing procedures related to procurement;
- Knowledgeable in the local and global IT vendor market;
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in planning and monitoring processes for IT capital projects,
- Experience in working with technical and project teams and driving initiatives;
- Ability to manage competing priorities on an ongoing basis, preferably in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts; and
- Understanding of application programming, database, and system design especially for software solution delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, in particular, a proficiency in Excel, O365 and PowerApps. Experience in data analytics and data visualization tools is highly desired

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pasig requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.
Work Schedule is from 8:00AM 5:00PM Manila Time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies and plans, monitor progress against the annual procurement plan, and ensure timely updates of relevant information.
- Support procurement activities related to projects, operations, and field offices as required.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on procurement activities, including tracking overall efficiency, key metrics, and performance indicators.
- Research and analyze procurement trends and supply market conditions to provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making and process improvements.
- Support the sourcing of local and international vendors by collecting, evaluating, and maintaining up-to-date information on potential and existing suppliers.
