About the role
We are looking for an IT Operations Support Supervisor to join our team at SM Appliance (Star Appliance Center, Inc.) in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing
- Operations Support
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, network
- Diagnose computer hardware, software, network, CCTV related problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide first level technical support to computer hardware and peripherals problems
- Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
- Maintain accurate and up to date record of all reported hardware, CCTV, network related issues
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and preventive maintenance schedule
- Prepare data analysis and recommendation on technical issues encountered
- Fixed IT assets purchases and replacement schedule
- Review preventive maintenance billing
- Perform audit on all company issued IT assets
- New Store Opening/ Store Renovation
- Prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to new store opening/ store renovation
- Memo creation
- Network port and CCTV plotting
- Fixed IT asset requisition
- Coordinate with different functional groups for execution of activities
- Systems set-up and testing
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any other related course
- With knowledge in O365 administration, CCTV system configuration, Network troubleshooting, Computer hardware and peripherals
- At least 2 to 3 years related work experience
- Willing to work onsite- SM Retail Headquarters, Pasay City.
