Job Overview
The IT Manager will oversee the organization's IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, vendor management, project implementation, and data privacy initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of IT systems while supporting business operations through technology solutions and compliance with data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure, network, and computing resources.
Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Manage business application development, maintenance, implementation, and system enhancements.
Ensure service requests and technical issues are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, contract coordination, performance monitoring, and risk management.
Work closely with business units to analyze requirements and implement technology solutions.
Manage IT projects and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee POS system connectivity for tenants, including server connectivity and network support.
Manage and monitor IT infrastructure components, including firewalls, CCTV systems, servers, and network security.
Lead data privacy initiatives, including compliance monitoring, policy implementation, employee awareness, and regulatory reporting.
Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, IT asset management, and documentation of IT standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of IT management experience, preferably within commercial centers or shopping mall operations.
Strong foundation in IT management and infrastructure.
Experience supporting IT operations, networks, servers, and business applications.
Experience managing POS system connectivity, server environments, firewalls, and CCTV systems.
Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
Experience in vendor management and IT project implementation.
Knowledge of business systems analysis and process improvement.
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and ConnectWise is an advantage.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, backup and recovery, and data privacy compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
