We are looking for askilled and proactive IT Operations Engineerto join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience inmonitoring, managing, and maintaining IT environments— from Windows desktops to cloud backup platforms. You will play a key role in supporting client systems, improving platform performance, and assisting with deployments and onboarding initiatives.

Role:IT Operations Engineer

Monitor and resolve alerts related to devices, backups, networks, web hosting, and platform health.
Design and deploy automations to remediate common issues such as patch failures and low storage.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support project deployments and meet timelines.
Provide technical guidance aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Perform system analysis to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Configure and optimize RMM and MDM toolsto enhance performance and security.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
Conduct routine infrastructure checks to maintain system stability and up-to-date firmware.

Proven experience as an IT Engineer, preferably in an MSP environment.
Hands-on experience with Ninja RMM/Ninja One (policy creation, scripting, alert management).
Strong knowledge o fMicrosoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device and app management.
Solid experience administering Google Workspace environments.
Competence supporting macOS in a business setting.
Familiarity with cloud backup solutions and network infrastructure.
Strong understanding of client/platform migration strategies and tools.
Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-focused mindset.
