Your tasks
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices. Resolving hardware and basic software issues. Providing client-facing support with strong communication and professionalism. Preparing, installing, and configuring end-user devices. Performing service tasks within defined procedures. Supporting equipment disposal and decommissioning processes. Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvements.
