Job Description

Job Summary

Oversees IT change and problem management, ensuring smooth evaluation, approval, and implementation of system changes, and effective resolution of IT issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and facilitates IT change requests and CMB meetings.
  • Set up and maintains processes for release, configuration, and asset management.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and resolves IT incidents and recurring issues.
  • Maintains documentation and repositories for issues, resolutions, and IT policies.
  • Supports risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Consolidates and reports ITG budget and manages meeting logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related course
  • At least 5 years in IT and banking operations
  • Experienced in quality assurance, risk, and project management
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
