Job Summary
Oversees IT change and problem management, ensuring smooth evaluation, approval, and implementation of system changes, and effective resolution of IT issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews and facilitates IT change requests and CMB meetings.
- Set up and maintains processes for release, configuration, and asset management.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves IT incidents and recurring issues.
- Maintains documentation and repositories for issues, resolutions, and IT policies.
- Supports risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
- Consolidates and reports ITG budget and manages meeting logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related course
- At least 5 years in IT and banking operations
- Experienced in quality assurance, risk, and project management
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
