Role Overview:
We are looking for anIT Network & Security Engineerwho will ensure the security, availability, and performance of the company's global network infrastructure. Manage WAN/LAN operations, perimeter security systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the organization's network and security posture.
Job Responsibilities:
Network & Security Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain secure WAN, LAN, and wireless networks across multiple sites.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, DMZs, NAC, and secure remote access.
- Oversee routing, switching, and network segmentation.
Security Operations & Compliance
- Enforce network security policies aligned with ISMS and CISO directives.
- Monitor firewalls, IDS/IPS, and logs to detect security incidents.
- Support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and compliance audits (ISO 27001, TISAX).
- Maintain secure configurations and risk mitigation plans.
Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Continuously monitor network performance and security posture.
- Serve as Level 3 support for complex network/security incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis and optimize bandwidth, latency, and throughput.
- Coordinate escalations with vendors and service providers.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Lead or support network/security projects and technology upgrades.
- Mentor junior engineers and IT support teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow change management processes.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- With 35 years in network and security engineering.
- Demonstrated expert-level skills in Network & Perimeter Security, including Firewalls, DMZ, VPN, and NAC.
- Possesses professional-level capability in WAN/LAN (Cisco/Fortinet), Security Monitoring and Incident Response, Routing and Switching, Vulnerability Assessment, Network Performance Optimization, and Documentation/Compliance tasks.
- Proficient in vendor and service provider coordination, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, as well as team collaboration and mentoring.
- Strong analytical ability, with a high level of initiative, accountability, and effective collaboration.
