Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Manager located in Pasay. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include leading the IT team, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new IT systems, managing IT budgets and projects, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. Collaboration with other departments to address technology needs and improve business processes is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, system administration, and technical support
  • Expertise in network security, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with emerging IT technologies and industry best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft Certification are a plus
  • Experience in a customer-focused or CX-driven organization is highly desirable
