Your Role
As an IT Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance across the organization.
Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and support services to meet business requirements.
Lead IT projects including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
Supervise and mentor IT support and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements are properly implemented and maintained.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
Experience in managing IT support teams and service delivery processes
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills/expertise
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management
Experience managing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or similar platforms)
Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco credentials
