As the IT Manager, you are the strategic leader of our digital infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure our technology systems are secure, scalable, and highly available. You will balance hands-on technical oversight with high-level planning—managing the IT budget, leading a team of specialists, and ensuring that our tech stack empowers every department to reach its business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the health of our entire network, including servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), security systems, and hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the IT support and engineering teams. You'll set their priorities, manage their professional growth, and ensure the IT Help Desk meets its service targets.
- Security & Compliance: Act as the guardian of our company data. You will implement robust cybersecurity protocols, manage firewalls, and ensure we meet industry standards (like ISO 27001 or GDPR).
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop the annual IT roadmap. You'll manage the department budget, negotiating with vendors for hardware and software to ensure the best ROI.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and test backup and recovery plans to ensure the business can stay operational in the event of a system failure or cyber-attack.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce company-wide IT policies, including Acceptable Use, password security, and remote work protocols.
- Vendor Management: Handle relationships with third-party service providers, ISPs, and software vendors, ensuring they meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
