As IT Manager, Infrastructure & Operations, you will responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure and operational technology (IT/OT) systems across all 1RE sites. The role leads the Network Operations, System Administration, and IT Operations teams in delivering resilient infrastructure services, efficient service delivery, and proactive operational management. The position oversees the full lifecycle of infrastructure technologies—including networks, servers, cloud, storage, and endpoint environments—while reinforcing monitoring, incident management, change implementation, and operational governance. This role enables effective operations, plant reliability, and IT service continuity by driving infrastructure modernization, operational discipline, and strong collaboration across IT, OT, NOCC, and plant operations and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Leading and managing the IT Network, Systems, and IT Operations teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies for the IT/OT infrastructure to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of the organization's network and server infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Directing the implementation and monitoring of IT/OT security policies and protocols to protect organizational assets and data.
- Collaborating with other department heads to align IT/OT network related infrastructure projects with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Ensuring that the budget (CAPEX & OPEX) of the team has been prepared, approved, and exhausted as planned.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs for infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving optimization initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, IT/OT security protocols, and safety rules to maintain a secure and productive IT environment.
- Adhering to the company's Integrated Management Systems policies, standards, and guidelines in daily infrastructure operations.
- Reporting IT/OT infrastructure incidents, breaches, or risks to the leadership team, ensuring proactive management and resolution of vulnerabilities.
- Safeguarding information assets by implementing and monitoring access controls, data protection measures, and compliance with security standards.
- Coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with operational requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives to protect organizational operations during disruptions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies related to IT infrastructure, security, and data protection.
- Leading incident response efforts for major infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Establishing and supporting the backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring rapid restoration of services during unplanned outages.
- Overseeing vendor relationships for infrastructure-related services, including procurement, maintenance, and technical support.
- Engaging various stakeholders of 1RE IT, both internal and external, as part of the strategic ecosystem in delivering value-oriented IT Infra-related projects and services across 1RE organization.
- Driving the IT Operations team to effectively manage all its strategic stakeholders, both internal and external, in order to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction from infrastructure services.
- Overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of AP IT Infrastructure organizational capabilities including Individual Development, Succession Plans to ensure continuity of services provided to various stakeholders.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership to support IT goals and organizational objectives.

- Communicates clearly and collaborates well across technical and non-technical teams
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in BSECE, BSCoE and BSIT, or any related degree that may be relevant to the job
- 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with expertise in network, systems, and security.
- 3+ years managing multi-disciplinary IT teams.
- Proven experience leading complex IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Management, IT Operations, IT Network Management, Financial Management, People Management and Project Management
- Professional Certifications are an advantage.
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in Server and Client Operating Systems (Windows and Linux)
- Has experience in using Database Management (e.g. MYSQL, MSSQL)
- Knowledgeable with Code Repositories (e.g. Git)
- Strong skills in Agile and Project management practices.
