Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Work with Technical and Resource Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and report to Management
Manage project team and delegate tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology or related field
At least more than 5 years proven working experience in project management related to automation and/or software development and turn-key projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification / Agile Project Management / Scrum certification is a plus
Knowledge & experience on Project Execution Model (PEM) is a plus
Ability to travel local and foreign
