Job Description

We're Hiring: IT Helpdesk Specialist | Mandaluyong, Metro Manila | Onsite


Join our IT team and help deliver fast, reliable technical support to endusers across the organization!


What You'll Do:

IT Service: (80%)
Act as the central point of contact to tackle all IT-related queries and resolve hardware and software problems through offering technical support to end-users with accessibility, responsiveness, effectiveness and professionalism.

Accessibility: Resolve technical issues within defined processes, maintain seamless support channels, and ensure SLA compliance.
Responsiveness: Provide prompt issue triage and escalate appropriately to relevant departments
Efficiency: Deliver rapid issues resolution or alternative solutions to minimize downtime.
Professionalism: Adhere to company policies and procedures, documenting incidents and resolutions accurately.

User Endpoint Maintenance: (10%)
Perform support for IT endpoint devices with efficiency and reliability, ensure all IT end point devices are functioning optimally, reducing disruptions and maintaining high levels of productivity across the company.

Support: Deliver technical support and training to ensure reliable operation of equipment and systems.
Efficiency: Deliver rapid issues resolution to minimize downtime.
Reliability: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and proactively address issues.

Security Assurance: (10%)
Safeguard the organization's terminal devices (Computer, Laptop, Conference phone system etc) by deploying and implementing security protections, patch update, protocols and appropriate measures for security assurance.

Protection: Monitor and respond to security threats, prioritizing critical incidents.
Proactivity: Proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks to prevent incidents.
Resilience: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and continuity strategies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies, maintain confidentiality, and safeguard equipment and data in line with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of IT support/helpdesk experience
Strong PC troubleshooting & customer service skills
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, A+
