Job Description

Help shape secure and efficient digital experiences as an IT Helpdesk - Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist. In this role, you will support critical access management operations that keep global teams connected, productive, and secure. What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, identity and access management, user access administration, SaaS application support, or related technical operations roles
  • C1 English proficiency or higher, both written and verbal, is a firm requirement
  • Comfortable working with online tools and modern SaaS products, including Google Workspace and web-based applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to stay focused during both busy and low-activity periods
  • Interested in stable, long-term work within a growing international team

What You'll Do

  • Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across platforms such as Slack, Salesforce, Figma, Miro, and other SaaS applications
  • Monitor and manage requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely acknowledgment and adherence to established service-level targets
  • Execute documented procedures and runbooks accurately, escalating issues when requirements are unclear or fall outside defined scope
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable records of all actions performed and changes implemented
  • Ensure consistent shift coverage and deliver thorough handoffs, including status updates, pending tasks, and assigned owners for continuity of support operations
