What Youll Do

  • Support daily IT operations by assisting with request management using ITSM tools (e.g., CUP, ServiceNow), including tracking updates, maintaining accurate status records, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor shared mailboxes by sorting and categorizing incoming emails, prioritizing requests based on guidelines, and following up on pending actions as directed
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by helping identify workflow issues, documenting revised procedures, and ensuring process materials reflect current best practices
  • Provide adhoc support for governance and operational activities such as preparing basic reports or dashboards, assisting with special projects, and maintaining compliance and governance documentation

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least five hundred (500) on-the-job training hours
