Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business & Functional Leadership
  • Partner with business units to understand operational requirements and process gaps
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system enhancements
  • Lead functional design sessions and process mapping workshops
  • Ensure IT solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards
2. System Implementation & Support
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation
  • Manage system configuration and functional setup
  • Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support
3. Process Optimization & Digitalization
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems
  • Recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and data visibility
4. Stakeholder & Team Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Manage functional analysts and system support staff
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
  • Ensure timely resolution of system-related issues
5. Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure system controls, data integrity, and security standards are maintained
  • Support audit requirements through proper documentation and reporting
  • Establish IT policies and standard operating procedures for functional areas

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of ERP or core business systems (e.g., HRIS, Finance, Procurement systems)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
