Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
IT Engineer to support and enhance our companys IT infrastructure, AI systems, and internal technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing AI-driven systems, enterprise platforms (ERP/SOP), and internal networks while ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT or related field, with 3-5 years of work experience.
- Familiar with basic computer principles; experience using UNIX systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in building and deploying front-end and back-end systems, internal tools, or automated workflows; able to provide hardware and software technical support.
- Proficient in programming software such as Python, and experienced in building structured AI systems.
- Familiar with relational databases, able to perform queries and verifications, research emerging AI technologies, and assess their potential impact on business processes.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and focused on data accuracy; possesses strong problem-solving skills; able to translate company business needs into structured, maintainable systems.

- Ability to create, set up, and maintain ERP or SOP systems
- Maintain accurate IT infrastructure documentation in the configuration management database, ensuring company assets and configurations are properly tracked and easily accessible.
- Analyze software and hardware issues, propose solutions, and perform basic troubleshooting and component replacement.
- Responsible for building the company's internal network, establishing company databases (ERP or SOP systems), including the establishment, maintenance, and optimization of webmail, information repositories, etc.
- Responsible for the lifecycle of AI artificial intelligence projects, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
- Ensure the reasonable, safe, and compliant use of artificial intelligence, and adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations.
