The IT Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's digital transformation initiatives by leveraging modern full-stack technologies and AI-driven solutions. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, ensuring digital platforms, applications, and processes are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
The position requires hands-on development experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation programs aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities to automate, digitize, and optimize business processes using modern technologies
- Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into technical solutions
Solution Architecture & Development
- Design and oversee end-to-end digital solutions using full-stack architectures
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry and regulatory standards
- Review and approve technical designs, coding standards, and development best practices
Full-Stack Development Oversight
- Provide hands-on guidance and code reviews for front-end and back-end development
- Support development using modern frameworks and platforms (web, mobile, and APIs)
- Ensure seamless integration between applications, databases, and third-party systems
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Lead adoption of AI tools such as machine learning models, chatbots, RPA, analytics, and intelligent automation
- Identify use cases for AI to improve customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency
- Ensure responsible and secure use of AI technologies
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and mentor developers, analysts, and technical staff
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and technology partners
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure IT solutions comply with cybersecurity policies, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements
- Implement DevSecOps and best practices for secure development and deployment
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
