IT Business Solutions Analyst
The IT Business Solutions Analyst is a hybrid role that combines business analysis, solution delivery, and data & analytics expertise. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, this role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and rolling out data and analytics solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, regional teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, while ensuring the reliability, governance, and continuous improvement of data and analytics platforms.
You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, supporting data-related technologies, managing application portfolios, and delivering solutions that create value for the business across multiple markets.
As an IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technology-enabled solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing Data & Analytics capabilities and support the adoption of global and regional solutions
- Support the rollout and localization of centralized systems across multiple markets
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to maximize technology re-use and drive capability synergies
- Design and support data integration, transformation, and reporting solutions using modern data technologies
- Work with Azure-based tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Data Lake to support data pipelines and analytics initiatives
- Participate in data migration, system implementation, and change management projects
- Support data modeling, reporting, and analytics use cases to ensure high-quality and reliable business insights
- Leverage low-code platforms, APIs, and automation tools to deliver efficient business solutions
- Manage incidents, problem resolution, application enhancements, and operational support activities
- Ensure business applications and data solutions remain stable, reliable, and compliant with company standards and governance requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external service providers to maintain operational excellence and service continuity.
- Contribute to technology innovation by identifying emerging trends and opportunities that can improve business processes and drive efficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related technology role
- Experience in data modeling and reporting solutions
- Exposure to at least 2 of the following technologies: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake or similar cloud-based data platforms and ETL technologies.
- Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis
- Strong database, SQL, scripting, and data modeling skills
- Understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, and analytics solutions
- Exposure to solution design and architecture concepts
- Experience supporting application delivery, enhancements, and operational support activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in multinational or complex organizations is an advantage
- FMCG industry exposure is preferred
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
