About The Role

As a Mid Level Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, identifying solutions, and driving process improvements to support the company's strategic objectives. Based in Taguig City Metro Manila, this full-time position offers the chance to contribute to the growth and success of a leading Information & Communication Technology organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
Support the testing and deployment of new systems and processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders
Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Proficient in gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements
Experience in designing and implementing effective solutions to complex business challenges
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
