About The Job

Manage daily activities of the team, team management, transfer of the technical knowledge to the team, active work on tasks assigned to the team

What You Will Do

  • Understands and obtains in-depth knowledge of Home Credit system and architecture landscape.
  • Translates business requirements into technical specifications
  • Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
  • Takes part in designing functionality together with the UX Designer and/or development team.
  • Constructs workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams
  • Collaborates with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities
  • Identifies and addresses operational, financial, and technological risks within the assigned business unit
  • Builds and maintains good working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities for improvement (e.g., identifying areas of poor performance and making recommendations for improvement)
  • Participates in process design and modification for business improvement and sustainability
  • Creates communications, business process guides, and training materials
  • Develops new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
  • Provides assessment (impact and risk analysis, gap analysis) to initiatives on an enterprise level
  • Conducts research (e.g., current, and emerging trends, financial, product, market, operational) to support strategic and business planning
  • Mentors and trains IT Junior and Mid-level business analysts
  • Participates and provides valuable insight to company strategic planning and initiatives
  • Plays a key role in improving IT processes such as the IT change management process, agile transformation
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Suggests changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Creates informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conducts insightful, outside-the-box ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • What you should have:
  • Minimum 7 years experience in an IT development /implementation role.
  • Experience in the digital journey of the customer and his transformation into online world including usage of Open API
  • Hands on strong technical knowledge in business analysis area (UML - sequence diagrams, class diagrams, component diagrams), detail knowledge of HCPH systems and their scope and integrations, can provide detailed solution and technical training to the team members.
  • Knowledge of Java principals, SQL, messaging (Rabbit MQ, Kafka), web/mobapp development, OpenAPI principals, RESTfull API design, bug-fixing, and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of the CI/CD and proactive monitoring for his team
  • Overview of IT technologies, platforms, best practices, and trends.
  • Actively using UML diagrams, flowcharts, process maps, etc.)
  • Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience in business analytics and business intelligence
  • Basic knowledge in SQL for data queries and data analysis
