IT Business Analyst

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

• Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prepare project documents such as Business Requirements, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements
• Help the team understand business requirements and project goals
• Ensure user stories are complete, approved, and ready on time
• Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-implementation activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• With background in procurement processes.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Product Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Ariba, SAP Procurement, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or SAP Grow.
• Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects (e.g., SAP replacement).
• Experience handling finance-related projects, including procurement, financial planning, and disbursement.
• Experience in business process improvement, dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
