Job Description:
- Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
- Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support.
He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
- Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
- Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
- UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- With at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle
- Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
- Must have a Manual Testing experience
- Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite
