Job Description:

  • Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog.
  • Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog.
  • Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support.

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:

  • Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
  • Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
  • UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • With at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle
  • Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
  • Must have a Manual Testing experience
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig for full onsite
