What does an IT Business Analyst SAP SD do
Sealed Air Shared Service (Philippines) Inc. is looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst SAP SD Application Support to join our Global Application Support organization. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes worldwide, working with a diverse team across multiple regions. You will play a key part in supporting the SAP SD module and its integration with other critical systems keeping our Order-to-Cash processes running smoothly and efficiently across the globe.

- Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficient incident management, service request fulfillment, and problem resolution for SAP SD processes across all supported regions.
- Maintain global service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, monitor, and optimize SAP SD support performance.
- Partner with cross-functional IT teams including operations, security, delivery, and development to ensure seamless support for SAP SD and its integration with MM, FI, GTS, and WM modules.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP SD, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Order-to-Cash process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent improvements in the SAP SD environment.
- Maintain and optimize SAP SD configuration settings and master data, ensuring adherence to design governance and internal control requirements.
- Support SAP SD enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other modules and systems.
- Cultivate strong relationships with global business stakeholders, proactively understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with SAP SD services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including knowledge articles, runbooks, and training materials for a global audience.
- Stay current with SAP best practices and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
What are we looking for in you
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 24 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Proven track record in SAP SD application support.
- Experience with SAP ECC required; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements is a plus.
- Certifications in SAP SD or related areas are a plus.
