Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity IT Managers is looking for a driven IT Business Analyst to join our team! We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and propose effective system or process improvements.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Support system implementation through testing, validation, user training, and change management activities.
For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Has at least 8 years of solid experience as an IT Business Analyst with experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and requirements management practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar business analysis and documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and documentation abilities.
