IT Business Analyst (Financial)

Location: Philippines Cybergate, Mandaluyong

Work Schedule: Dayshift HYBRID (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

***Amenable for a company-paid work trips outside of NCR. The duration of these trips will range from one to three month, depending on company needs***

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's DegreeHolder
• At least4 yearsof experience inbusiness analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
• With experience inhandling loans and lending projects/ finance background.
• Experience working inAgile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• Has handledenterprise-level or multi-system projects, particularly complex projects
• With experience inexecutive-level presentations, and requirement documentation.
• Familiarity withsoftware development life cyclesand project management practices.
• Proven track record of gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

Job Summary:

A business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective solutions. This role includes requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder engagement and communication, solution design validation, business process improvement, project management support, data analysis, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Business Analyst works across departments along with the Product Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize business performance, and support successful project delivery.
