IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making across Customer Care operations. For This Role, You Will Need:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields.

· 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights.

· Relevant experience in data mining, data processing, analysis, and report preparation.

· High proficiency in dashboard creation and using data visualization tools for report generation.

· Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

· Knowledge and experience in Customer Care end-to-end process is a plus.

· Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus.

· Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets preferred.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Extract data from business systems, clean, and format the data based on the expected report output.

· Analyze stakeholder requirements from an existing report and provide recommendations based on customer requests.

· Communicate issues or concerns to the Operational Excellence Manager and other partners regarding the result of the analysis.

· Conceptualize and develop reports and dashboards designed to aid the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care team.

· Drive the design and evolution of dashboards and reporting solutions to support decision-making.

· Lead continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and data quality frameworks.
