Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions align with organizational needs and drive process improvements.

2. Act as a bridge between business and IT teams by facilitating communication, defining project goals, and managing stakeholder expectations.

3. Develop process maps, workflows, and functional specifications to support system development and enhance operational efficiency.

4. Plan, track, and prioritize project tasks while managing timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to proactively address project challenges and maintain alignment throughout implementation.

6. Lead the design, testing, and deployment of IT solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and improve overall performance.

7. Leverage business intelligence tools and data analytics to provide insights that drive process improvements and strategic decision-making.

8. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance by adhering to IT governance policies and regulatory requirements.

9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, process updates, and project deliverables for knowledge retention and future reference.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and recommend strategic improvements.

11. Perform other tasks as needed to support IT initiatives and business objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Formal Education:

- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or other related fields.

2. Experience:

- No prior experience required; internships, academic projects, or certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, or process optimization are an advantage.

3. Training/Skills:

- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.

- Experienced in Visio, Lucidchart, and process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories).

- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Trello for planning and execution.

- Basic understanding of SDLC, system integration, and data governance.

- Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and presentations.
