We are looking for an IT Analyst to support automationdriven infrastructure and hybrid cloud operations. This role focuses on migrating from manual server administration to softwaredefined, selfhealing environments while ensuring high availability for critical financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate Windows Server (2019/2022) infrastructure using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Manage hybrid identity (Onprem AD & Azure AD) with automated user lifecycle processes
- Perform automated patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening
- Support CI/CD infrastructure integration using Azure DevOps
- Implement monitoring and selfhealing automation for servers and applications
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for financial systems
- Collaborate with DB teams on MS SQL & Oracle performance and backups
- Enforce Zero Trust security and compliance via automated auditing
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Infrastructure / Systems Engineering
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Azure, VMware vSphere or Nutanix
- Handson automation skills: PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP) and security best practices
- Application support exposure (IIS, Java, WebSphere) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid setup up to 3 days onsite per week
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
