Seeking the engagement of an IT Adoption and Change Manager to ensure that changes brought by digital transformation initiatives are being adopted. Digital transformation initiatives will include changes to technology and systems, business processes and job roles as part of digital transformation and new ways of working initiatives.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- A strong awareness and understanding of business processes and guidelines is an advantage.
- Change management certification, such as Prosci, and post-graduate degree are desirable. If the incumbent does not have a certification, they are expected to obtain certification within the first 12 months of their engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, leading and coordinating organization-wide change management efforts, particularly of IT-based projects or initiatives
- Experience with project management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
- Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools
