Duties and Responsibilities
- Carries out administrative duties for the IT Division; such as requisition of supplies, monitoring of IT fixed assets and procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Provide administrative support by means of facilitating IT hardware, software, subscription and services requisitions for all IT users of the enterprise.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to IT vendors, contractors, outsource partners, and consultants.
- Compiles and archives important files such as vendor contracts for future use/reference and for easier retrieval;
- Vendor/Supplier coordination in the procurement of IT equipment.
- Maintains, compiles and updates the IT Plantilla, email distribution lists, and directory as a common resource for the whole division.
- Assist in onboarding new hires such as but not limited to GSuite account requisition, equipment facilitation, and coordination with the Digital Training team.
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for the IT Leadership team. Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
- Attends internal and external training sessions and meetings as directed and necessary for job performance.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as directed.
Position Requirements
- College graduate preferably with an IT background .
- Working experience of at least 2 years in Admin operations in an IT environment.
