Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day middle office and investment operations activities for global clients
• Process and monitor trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting activities
• Handle transaction exceptions, wire transfers, and operational inquiries
• Coordinate with investment managers, brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within service level agreements
• Investigate and resolve operational breaks and exceptions
• Participate in client onboarding, market setup, and process improvement initiatives
• Support audit, risk, and control activities
• Assist with various operational and strategic projects as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3-8 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, asset servicing, custody operations, middle office, trade support, securities operations, or related financial services functions
• Strong understanding of investment products and operational processes
• Experience working with international stakeholders is an advantage
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig (4 days per week)
