As an Investment Counselor, you will play a key role in driving investment products and growing Assets Under Management (AUM). You'll work closely with Wealth Managers to engage clients, offer market insights, and provide product recommendations that align with clients goals and risk profiles.
How you'll contribute
- Recommend suitable investment products based on client objectives and risk appetite
- Provide market updates and share the bank's investment outlook
- Educate Wealth Managers and clients on product features, benefits, and risks
- Support Wealth Managers in increasing investment AUM and revenue
- Conduct portfolio reviews and identify opportunities for rebalancing and diversification
- Assist with financial needs analysis and sales pitch preparation
- Collaborate with product providers to ensure competitive offerings
What we're looking for
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years experience in client-facing or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products (FX, bonds, UITFs, equities; derivatives a plus)
- Preferably certified (CUSP, SEC Fixed Income Market Salesman, SEC Certified Investment Solicitor, etc.)
