Job Description

Modernbrands Inc., a leading provider of luxury Italian kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of stocks as needed.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Oversee and track the movement of goods from receiving to storage and from storage to dispatch.
Generate inventory reports and present findings to management.
Ensure that all incoming shipments meet company quality standards and that outgoing items are in good condition prior to delivery or transfer.
Update inventory management systems with real-time data to accurately track stock levels, movements, and adjustments.
Ensure stored products comply with quality and safety standards; report any issues or discrepancies to the concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to inventory control and storage practices.
Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues such as discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors/College degree in any field.
At least 3 years of work experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
Experience using inventory management systems or software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, act quickly on requests, and demonstrate critical thinking.
Amenable to do field work, with warehouses located in Quezon City, Bulacan, and Manila (Company service vehicle provided).
