Inventory Specialist (Night Shift)
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Shift: Mon-Fri, 9PM 6AM PH Time
Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

Primary Objective
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for the successful adoption and execution of warehouse processes across TOA Global PH sites in collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver significant savings and efficient operational services in support of the Company's goals and objectives. The main function of the role is to strategically manage the inventory levels, by developing and executing short, medium and long-term inventory and warehouse management strategies
Key Responsibilities:
+ Physical inventory checking of deployed and returned items
+ Receive and record purchases/deliveries, maintain database daily and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
+ Daily tracking of onboarding employees to monitor demand vs stock on hand
+ Daily tracking of employee attrition to monitor the expected return of equipment to warehouse
+ Daily tracking of sales and recruitment data to get accurate demand forecasting
+ Ensure that deployed desktop sets for new employees are set up to correct allocation
+ Tracking all the inventory-related data via software.
+ Ensuring the company's inventory is sufficient.
+ Provide ad-hoc inventory reports as needed
+ Communicate with the Warehouse Team Lead, Sourcing Team, and other stakeholders and manage current stock, expected demand and potential shortages
Qualifications / Skills:
2 years experience - Essential
+ Warehouse and Inventory Management optimization of inventory to meet stakeholder demand, minimize costs, and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
+ Organizational Skills Proficiency in Inventory Management software and Microsoft Excel, Database and Spreadsheet Software, Strong Organizational and Communication Skills, Attention to detail, and Effective Problem- Solving Capabilities.
+ Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts and procedures.
+ Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
+ Experience with inventory control, forecasting and analysis preferred.
3 years experience - Preferred
+ Teamwork Work collaboratively and contribute to achieving goals.
+ Flexibility and Adaptability Capacity to adapt to developments and job requirements.
