Inventory Officer

About the role

As an Inventory Officer at TCL Sun Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient inventory management for our bustling warehouse operations in Ermita, Manila City. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Operate Importation goods & spare parts through company's internal system GRPO (Goods Receipt from Purchase Order)
• Responsible in transferring document stocks of Assembly output (IGR)- Finished goods and output repair units to different warehouse location
• Document return of goods/reversal to system inventory (cancelled or backload deliveries)
• Assist in E-Commerce Inbound and Dropship orders (stocks transfer to Lazada & Shopee Warehouse)

What we're looking for

• Bachelor/College graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Business courses
• At least 2-3 years experience in Logistics with Inventory background
• Knowledgeable in SAP, MS EXCEL
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Can start immediately
