Job Description
As an Inventory & Logistics Operations Specialist, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless and efficient supply of products to customers. You will oversee critical operational functions including inventory management, logistics, import and export documentation, warehouse coordination, ERP transactions, and purchasing support.

The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar environment within manufacturing or warehousing industries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and regularly changing environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners via calls or email
- Proven capability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure or tense situations
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel; MS Access and ability to learn new software is a plus
Your Daily Tasks
- Process direct shipments to customers from the corporate warehouse in Japan
- Perform and oversee accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system while maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with 3PL partners, customer service, accounting, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in receiving, shipping, and inventory processes
- Research, assign, and maintain Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes and update databases for freight forwarders, corporate teams, and customers
- Create purchase orders in accounting software for approved requisitions following established procedures
- Respond to requests related to tariffs, HTS codes, shipment tracking, and other operational information
- Generate and complete documents such as packing lists, commercial invoices, and inventory reports
- Provide administrative support to senior Operations staff as needed
