Responsibilities
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
- Analyze stock data to identify discrepancies, trends, and inefficiencies
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock movements
- Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and overstock situations
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances and system issues
- Support inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- At least 1–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, WMOS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reports, data analysis, formulas)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cycle counting and inventory auditing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work in a warehouse or shift-based environment
