Inventory Control Analyst

The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy across warehouse and operational processes. The role analyzes inventory movements, conducts reconciliation and cycle counts, investigates variances, and ensures timely and accurate system transactions. The position works closely with warehouse, operations, and finance teams to support inventory integrity, optimize stock levels, and improve overall inventory management processes. The Inventory Control Analyst also prepares reports, tracks KPIs, and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse processes
• Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other ERP systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory monitoring and reporting
• Experience in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna
